Joanne Hart

After starting her insurance career as an inside sales representative with a personal lines agency, Joanne earned her Illinois Producers License for Property & Casualty in 1991. She added life and health to her sales portfolio and became a regional manager of four offices before entering the commercial side of the business in inside sales for Seabury & Smith. In 2000, Joanne made a move to specialize in service because she felt one of her niches was resolving problems. She says she has learned more about insurance at Concklin than any other place she has worked.
